We officially named our project "Young Artists for Haiti" on Feb. 11 in our application to the Red Cross. About a week later, another Canadian project released a news release about their pending release of a song, and they happen to call themselves "Young Artists for Haiti" too! What a coincidence! |
| 2010/02 | Piano | Princeton | D2creative president John Lau, who loved Charlie's performances and talent, decided to donate their service to edit and compile the "Young Artists for Haiti" project video after talking with the Liu family. It's no easy task - you have to normalize audio, understand multiple language and pick good points to cut/paste to compile video, convert many different formats/codecs/framerates, do video scripting, overlay other images/captions, just to name some major and minor issues. They've done a fantastic job, look at the final video here for yourself! Thank you D2creative for the wonderful job and the selfless act!! |

The Liu family laid down step-by-step plan and started inviting participants (which includes such world famous young musicians like Marc Yu, George Li and many more.
